GENERAL INFORMATION

ALFAN automatic feeders are designed for feeding poultry raised on slatted floors or litter bedding.

All components and the main body are constructed from high-quality plastic, completely free of sharp edges, corners, or burrs that could harm the animals. Designed for integration into automated feeding systems, they offer fast assembly and disassembly. The feeder's geometry prevents birds from entering the tray, effectively eliminating feed waste.

As birds consume the feed, fresh feed automatically dispenses from the reserve hopper into the tray. One plastic feeder supports 65 to 70 chicks or broilers.

ALFAN nipple drinkers are manufactured from stainless steel with a Delrin housing, featuring 360° fluid motion and stainless steel bearing balls. They screw directly into square support pipes.

Water Flow Rate: 50–60 ml/min

The suspended drip cups are produced from a specialized polypropylene compound. Designed for 21.3 mm support profiles and 22x22 mm square pipes, they are connected to a 70 mm cup via a durable, shatterproof single arm. This ergonomic design ensures birds can easily access the nipple from any angle.
